Georgia Administrative Office of the Courts

Georgia AOC has been an ongoing systems client since August 2006. Their original system intent was simply to facilitate purchasing approvals for one of their employees who would be working offsite. Within 2 months, they had pushed the functionality to different departments, and by February, 2007, were looking to move forward, into an enterprise system by adding a web front end, and 14 additional databases. As the states government has been looking to reduce costs, and seeing the efficiencies that they are able to leverage, they have continued to move their system forward by provisioning the Records Management edition (5015.2 compliant edition) as well as contracting with our company to provide backfile conversion services. We are in the process of a department by department roll out for Records management, including mapping existing archive schedules to the Laserfiche backend.

Cobb Energy Management Corporation

Cobb EMC called us with an urgent request to convert bound documentation that spanned many decades into high quality images that could be used to generate spreadsheets for reporting purposes with a tight turnaround time of 8 weeks. Once we did the calculations, we found that this would take 6.4 years to complete (based on conversion standards.) We proposed a hybrid model that would allow them to meet their goals, with over 99.5 percent keystroke accuracy of each document to be converted. At the end of the project, their samples indicated 99.9 percent accuracy, and we received the following note from them: "Great job! We found working with your company to be beneficial and professional. We will process the final invoice this week. Please pass on our sincere thanks to Eren and the rest of the team for a job well done!"

Ackerman Security Systems

Ackerman Security provides security monitoring and installation services for residential customers in Atlanta, GA and Washington D.C., and to business customers throughout the united states.As such, they needed an imaging infrastructure which would initially allow them to scan and index contracts and support , and later be enlarged and adapted to the various needs of the other divisions in the company. Deau initially provided a system that enabled the customer service representatives to have online documentation relating to each customer account by integrating with their Central Station Software, Dice. Deau and Dice partnered together to create the functionality between their thoroughbred database and the Laserfiche system to ensure that each customer record is complete. This allows the agents to resolve issues faster and more accurately with their customers, eliminate lost and misfiled documents, save time, money, and increase overall customer satisfaction. Recently, Ackerman added workflow functionality, with in conjunction with Dice to allow for a completely paperless customer experience, resulting in quicker installation and better customer services.

Coweta County Government

Georgia's Coweta County issued a Request for Proposal in late 2008, and issued the award to commence in January of 2009. Initially, this was simply to address a recently added countywide records center, managed by Eve Harness. As the system moved, and grew, we began adding other departments, including planning and zoning, and accounting, allowing for a county with a large geographic reach to respond quickly to both internal requests, and requests from constituents. They remain a customer under current support, and continue to upgrade and expand their system with enhanced capture plug-ins, and a web portal.
