Document Scanning Services

Many customers looking to move to a paperless office have enormous volumes of existing paper.  Scanning this paper using your existing resources can be time and labor intensive. Deau provides services to securely convert your paper, microfilm, or legacy ECM systems into digital images, which can then be migrated into your current retrieval system, or one of the many system options Deau provides. As an option, Deau can host your documents on a secure server which can be accessed 24/7 from anywhere you have an internet connection.


 

Electronic Forms

Deau’s partnership with Laserfiche offers a robust suite of products in addition to standard store and retrieval archival systems. Laserfiche Forms allows for a paper free mechanism to start business processes based on information, as opposed to a document. Users can create web forms to support these processes, or contract with Deau to design these forms, which can reflect your existing branding and style guidelines. Flexible licensing allows for public submission, or for authenticated users to take action on these forms as they move through their approval processes.


 

Business Process Management: Powered By Laserfiche Workflow

Implementing a Business Process Management solution allows the customer to create rules to route documents and information. As a part of this service, Deau can perform a comprehensive document and workflow study using our proprietary CEASE methodology. This will allow a system recommendation appropriate in scope, function, and cost.

Email Management
